I received a room upgrade to the King Suite. The room was spacious. The location is convenient to many stores and Christmas markets. The staff were kind and happy to assist.

The porter did not offer assistance upon arrival. The thermostat in the room did not work correctly. It constantly blew out hot air. I informed reception, but nothing changed.

hot room full refund

the air conditioning was NOT working, it was HOT in the room. i reported it, and they gave me a fan. this is not what i expect from this kind of hotel. i had to give a deposit, and they didn't refund the full amount so i am still fighting to get MY money back. THIS is ridiculous.

excellent breakfast comfortable beds well design

the breakfast choice was excellent. the room i had, a cosy KING room, felt big and its design, i liked. it had very comfortable beds. the room was very well designed.

the service, it fell below expectations. the rooms seemed old and amortized to me. IT was particularly cold . the food provided through room service lacked quality.
