I received a room upgrade to the King Suite. The room was spacious. The location is convenient to many stores and Christmas markets. The staff were kind and happy to assist.
The porter did not offer assistance upon arrival. The thermostat in the room did not work correctly. It constantly blew out hot air. I informed reception, but nothing changed.

hot roomfull refund
the air conditioning was NOT working, it was HOT in the room. i reported it, and they gave me a fan. this is not what i expect from this kind of hotel. i had to give a deposit, and they didn't refund the full amount so i am still fighting to get MY money back. THIS is ridiculous.

the breakfast choice was excellent. the room i had, a cosy KING room, felt big and its design, i liked. it had very comfortable beds. the room was very well designed.
the service, it fell below expectations. the rooms seemed old and amortized to me. IT was particularly cold . the food provided through room service lacked quality.

Fair stay with a couple of downsides

The location was awesome you know. it was so near to many cool spots, it was a total win for getting around and see everything. My room, a "Cosy King Room", was super clean, and everything was tidy. The breakfast spread had lots of choices, i was a happy camper with all the good stuff on offer.
The air conditioning wasn't working right, it was kinda hot in the room. I reported it, but it didn't seem to get fixed, you know. The towels felt a bit rough, not what I expect at a place like this. the minibar was empty, i think they could had at least put some water in there.
